Evaluation of Emergency Assistance services offered under the title of Emergency Appeal 37 for the period from 1 January 2015 to 31 December 2015 using the OECD’s Development Assistance Committee (DAC) criteria on humanitarian assistance and effectiveness, as required by the Terms of Reference. The evaluation examined the activities and services offered during the assistance period and relates it to the major trends and issues currently affecting humanitarian assistance for Syrian and Iraqi refugees in Jordan.
