Operational audit of the IPS, headquartered in Beirut, focusing on internal administrative and operational structures and processes, as well as the operational relationships with the satellite offices based in Beirut, Ramallah, and Washington DC. Based on the results of this assignment an operational development plan was presented to provide a framework for facilitating the transition of the IPS from its current situation and repositioning it on the path towards ensuring its sustainability and continuity as a centre of research excellence.
