The formulation, design, and strategic planning for an Agricultural Development Plan for the UAW, focusing primarily on developing interventions according to strategic priorities identified by farmers in Lebanon. As the Lead Consultant, we are directly responsible for managing the process in direct collaboration and consultation with Union leadership and am primarily responsible for resource mobilisation and partnership facilitation.
